Ammos Mamaia is an authentic Greek Restaurant & Beach place, established in 2012. Thanks to it’s special location, right in the heart of Mamaia Nord, it was quickly to become one of the most popular destinations on the Romanian Seaside.
Ammos Grill is the brand’s newest restaurant, inaugurated in May 2019 on the Touristic Harbour of Constanta, and is open all-year round.
In 2019 we started working with Ammos with the objective to implement new technologies and methods that allow the digitalization of the brand’s vibe.
– Creating a a strong digital identity
– Defining and implementing a marketing strategy that would maximise their return while adopting budget-efficient technology improvements that would keep the run efficiently the venues
– Social Networks accounts optimisation.
– Created a digital marketing strategy for the both of their brands, which allowed us to draw up the main objectives for this brand.
– Developed a custom coded & designed website, in order not to make any compromises to what features we can implement. We used the Angular 7 & Bootstrap frameworks.
– Fully managed their social media, on 3 Networks: Facebook, Instagram & Google, by posting regularly, realising campaigns and doing customer management to increase brand awareness and engagement.
– Structured a big amount of information in an intuitive and apparently simple way, by means of design
– Crafted User Experience ment to provide their clients an experience similar to the one they get in location.
– Since images mattered even more than they usually would, so we have carefully selected and put into play their best content.
– Worked on Content Management & Creation to establish a fresh and unique look for the brands.
Posted content daily on Facebook and Instagram for both brands following the media plan we have developed.
-Most importantly, we have increased the number of followers and kept the brand’s audience “hot”, by means of Customer Relationship Management services.
-By analysing the results of our campaigns, we have been constantly updating and refining the strategy.
– Filtered the already existing big amount of content, gathering the most relevant photos & videos of the food, locations, and surroundings.
– Crafted social media adapted graphics with the filtered content.
– Created appropriate copywriting for each piece of content that was to be posted on the social networks.
We picked several topics of communication relevant to the brand and then distributed them into a monthly schedule, in order to ensure topic diversification.
Thanks to the already existing big community of fans, we have successfully used the organic reach, in order to promote the events & delivery services, running only just a few paid campaigns.
– With over 10.000 fans, The Ammos Community is frequently posting about and tagging the pages. Our job has been to interact with them in a friendly and engaging manner – viewing their stories, reacting to pictures, posting comments and reposting relevant content.
– Answering messages, setting up auto-responses, answering to comments, check-ins and recommendations have been the core activities required for the brand.
