About
Our project

An Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising agency required a centralized platform to manage its entire operational workflow. The project's objective was to create a bespoke CRM tailored specifically to the OOH industry, capable of tracking a vast inventory of physical ad spaces (billboards, bus shelters), managing client campaigns from inception to completion, handling complex scheduling, and providing detailed analytics on inventory performance.

APPROACH


• Designing a complex MySQL database schema to manage multifaceted data, including ad space locations, availability calendars, pricing tiers, and campaign-specific assets.


• Creating a highly functional and intuitive UI with Next.js and Material-UI that allows staff to search, filter, and visualize inventory, including map views.


• Building a secure, efficient backend API for client management, contract generation, and inventory booking.


• Developing a comprehensive dashboard for real-time visibility into campaign status, revenue, and inventory utilization.

• Engineered a scalable Node.js/Express backend with REST APIs over a carefully modeled MySQL database.


• Built a modern web app frontend with Next.js, React, and Material-UI to deliver a desktop-like experience in the browser.


• Prototyped flows in Figma to validate complex workflows before implementation; used Postman for API testing.


• Deployed on AWS/Vercel; used cPanel for auxiliary services such as company email.
