We treat performance marketing as a revenue engineering discipline.

Account Audit & Setup. We start with a deep audit of existing accounts - Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn - to find structural inefficiencies and wasted opportunities. We never accept “that's just how it was set up.”

Funnel Engineering. We build complete funnels with separate campaigns for TOFU, MOFU and BOFU. Each stage has its own KPIs, distinct audiences and budgets calibrated to its contribution / cost ratio. We don't let the algorithm decide who deserves budget unsupervised.

Creative Testing. We iterate constantly on ad creative, with 8–12 test variants per ad set weekly. We use a proprietary scoring framework combining CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop and CPA to isolate winners objectively, not by subjective taste.

Bid Strategy & Budget Allocation. We use smart bidding (tROAS, tCPA, Maximize Conversions) with a manual seed in the first 14 days. We reallocate budget weekly across channels based on marginal ROAS, not average ROAS.

Server-side Tracking. We implement server-side tracking (GA4, Meta CAPI, TikTok EAPI) to overcome iOS 14+ restrictions and preserve attribution accuracy. Typical post-implementation match rate: 80–95%.

Attribution Modeling. We go beyond last-click. We implement Data-Driven Attribution in GA4, marketing mix modeling for budgets > €30k/month and offline conversion matching for businesses where the sale closes on the phone or in the clinic.
